This package is for the person that would love some extra TLC while accomplishing their lifestyle goals. It is designed with “many extra’s” that will support you even further in living a healthy and happy life.

Because this is the Ultimate You package you will also receive written recaps with your goals and recommendations, a binder to keep yourself organized, and texting and e-mail support between sessions. The Ultimate You package is available in person or via phone and typically consist of 12 sessions, however there is a 6 session option if you prefer.

For local clients

• One reiki or massage therapy session with an approved reiki master or massage therapist that I love
• One private Explore the Store tour (health food store tour that includes recipes and recommendations)

For phone clients

• Aromatherapy oils to soothe your soul
• 1 year subscription to Clean Food Magazine and a healthy shopping DVD

Please note: Utimate You 6 session package does not include the reiki or massage therapy session for local clients and does not include the aromatherapy oils for long distance clients.
