Group Programs

Group Programs

Participating in a group program will still focus on YOU within a community of like-minded people. Gather some of your friends or family and create your own group or participate in a future group event. Group programs add another dimension to your growth and reaching your health and wellness goals as you truly have an opportunity to learn from others as we develop a greater connection and bond within the group participants.

While being a part of a group program you will:

  • Learn techniques and way to get connected to you.
  • Meet and connect with other like-minded individuals.
  • Share and receive easy and delicious recipes to incorporate at home and work.
  • Experience ways to relieve stress and have a plan to continue while away from the group.
  • Participate in a giving and receiving of feedback to help support others in the group while also receiving support yourself.
  • Discover how you can connect and listen to your inner guidance in daily life.
  • Release past guilt and negative thoughts and gain more confidence and self worth.
  • Ensure your relationships with others are where you want and need them to be and if not then receive action steps on how to get them there.
  • Receive Wellness Tips with Carrie monthly e-zine and get great nourishing tips as well as additional support materials to assist you on your journey of wellness.

 

The group programs are 90 minutes via conference call or in person depending on group location. Group programs typically are 6 sessions and are very empowering. You will receive support materials based on the overall group.

Group program investment: $37.50 per session per person (Minimum of 3 people)
