6 Week Wellness Program

Participating in a group program will still focus on YOU within a community of like-minded people. Create your own group or participate in a future group event. Add another dimension of personal growth as you have an opportunity to learn from others and develop a greater connection within the group participants.

  • Discover your passions and how to incorporate them into your life.
  • Learn techniques to remain calm in chaos and feel lighter in life.

Wellness Talks

Wellness talks are catered to businesses, organizations, and schools. They are a great way to educate participants on healthier lifestyle practices that can be incorporated into their daily routines.

Depending on the topic participants will:

  • Learn techniques to feel rejuvenated throughout their day.
  • Be able to handle stressful situations and still feel calm.
  • Deconstruct their cravings so they don’t take over.
  • Learn how to lose the sweet tooth.

Free Movie & Discussion

The intention for the free movie & discussion is for you to be inpired or learn something new. After each movie there will be a brief group discussion. There are several movie options and topics range from reinventing yourself to the food that we eat.

You will:

  • Be inspired
  • Become more aware
  • Connect with others
  • Learn something new

Explore the Store

Have you been to a health food store and felt overwhelmed? Explore the store is an opportunity to have your own personal guide to share with you recommendations so that you feel more confident shopping at health food stores?

You will:

  • Feel better about trying foods you usually pass by in the produce section.
  • Understand the difference between conventional and organic.
  • Get new recipes along the way.
  • Gain confidence on navigating health food stores.
