Focus Session

Focus Session

The Focus Sessions are great when you have a specific topic that needs some extra attention and you need additional support. They are also fantastic for previous clients to check in for a maintenance check to ensure they are staying on track with their health and happiness goals. They are typically one hour one-on-one either in person or via phone.

Topics have included but are not limited to:

  • Relationships – with spouse, girl/boyfriend, partner, children, boss or friend
  • Career – whether it is what your next step should be in your career, loss of a job, or brainstorming business and marketing ideas
  • Food – cleansing and detoxifying your body, cravings that have gotten out of control, loss of appetite, or more information about a type of food
  • Physical Activity – motivation to have exercise be a part of your daily life
  • Organization – putting a plan together to get areas of your life organized so that life runs more smoothly
  • Confidence – needing to feel empowered and confident on a particular part of ones life
  • Passion – taking time to discover what excites you and how that can become more incorporated your life
