Do you feel intimidated shopping at health food stores? Join me for an hour and half while I help you explore and learn why health food stores are great resources for nourishing food for you body. This tour will give you the confidence you need to navigate your favorite grocery store as well as any health food store. You will receive recipes and recommendations and a few extra goodies!
