Kale Chips – so good!
Ingredients:
1 bunch of Kale
2 T. of olive or sesame oil
1-2T of sesame seeds (optional)
Sea salt – to taste
Rinse and dry the Kale. Remove stems and tear or cut the Kale into 2″ pieces. A little larger than bite size. In a mixing bowl, add Kale, olive oil, sesame seeds and sea salt. Mix with your hands so that all the leaves are coated with olive oil. Place on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes and then flip the kale and bake for 3-7 minutes depending on how crispy you want them. Idealy they should be crispy so that they have a crunch when you eat them. So good!! Try them out.
