This is by far one of the easiest recipes for a little something sweet. These are no-bake energy bites and they are scrumptious. The recipe is slightly adapted from Smashed Peas and Carrots.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a medium size bowl. Once it is mixed well, chill in refrigerator for 30 – 45 minutes and then roll into balls. You can make them whatever size you would like. Once rolled in balls, refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
