“Working with Carrie is far exceeding my expectations. I initially thought I was starting a program to help me eat better and lose weight. What I am finding is that this program focuses on the whole me – my mind, body, and spirit. I am discovering areas that I needed to focus on that ultimately are impacting my weight loss. This discovery is through a series of conversations that are in and of themselves, quite enjoyable and provide some much needed time for me just to talk. Carrie is helping me to get my life in order without ever telling me what to do. She is merely my compass towards a more organized and healthier lifestyle. I am looking forward to continuing my sessions and to see what else I can discover and learn about myself. I highly recommend these sessions, even if you don’t think you need them.”

“Working with Carrie has proven to be a wonderful and informative experience. The wealth of knowledge I gained is fantastic, now that I understand why my body is reacting to certain things I can make better choices. I have a better understanding of who I am, who I want to be and most importantly how I can get there. Thank You Carrie!”

“Carrie has been a much needed light in my life. While I was taking good care of myself, physically and spiritually, I knew that I was still stuck in several areas. We have been working together for the last six months and I now find that I am loving who I am more than ever before. It’s not because I have made drastic changes, but because I am learning to accept myself and to be gentle with myself. Carrie helped me by moving though the process at a pace that was comfortable for me. Her sessions are very individualized and she holds me accountable for my action plans and goals.

Carrie has an abundance of resources and intuitively determines which will be most effective. There is nothing you can say to her that will surprise her and she does not pass judgment. Her sessions are positive, self-revealing, mindful, energetic, and loving. I highly recommend Carrie if you are ready to move into a state of happiness and gratitude.”

“I look forward to Carrie’s newsletter for a monthly dose of inspiration. Her ideas are fresh and easy to incorporate in your daily life. I love that she adds her own personal experiences which lets me know I’m not the only one trying to achieve peace and wellness. Carrie has a great grasp on helping people to better themselves and I would recommend her to all of my family and friends!”

“Following my Breast Cancer journey, Carrie has been a vital resource of information and guidance as I work on reprioritizing my life, my nutrition, my spirit, and reconnecting with myself. I am looking forward to sharing this information with Breast Cancer patients.”

“Since beginning what I call my “journey to healthy living”, I have made major changes in my bad habits, the biggest was coming off Diet Coke, I have tried new foods and have made an effort to start judging the worth of the food I am putting into not only myself but my family as well.

I am also going through an adjustment period in my life and Carrie has been here giving me ideas and making me search myself for what I really want out of my life.  It is a wonderful thing to get great ideas on nutrition and mental support as a bonus. I look forward to my remaining few months to see what other changes I can make in my life.  Thanks Carrie!”

“I wanted to share with you what I took away from your May newsletter and thank you! I started my morning on May 7 very cranky (so bad that my 4 year old told me he was not my friend any longer). I had a twitch in my eye, a major headache, and ready to take someones head off.

I then opened my email and received your May newsletter. It made me realize that I needed a “ME” day. So I called in to work and took a personal day.

While my husband took my son to preschool I decided to take a bath. This was the first time in a long time that I could enjoy a nice bath without someone standing outside the bathroom door asking for “mommy” or “honey”. I then left my house and went to get a chai tea. After that I did a little shopping for myself, got a pedicure and manicure, ran a few errands and before I knew it 5:00 rolled around.

I’m writing to you as a testimonial that everyone should take a “personal” day for themselves because I no longer have my eye twitch and I’m ready to be a mom and wife again with a smile. Thanks for your newsletter!”
